Simple cheese muffin
( My experience : 20 medium servings)
Ingredients
250g plain flour
250g cream cheese
200g milk
100g white sugar
60g butter
50g plain yogurt
1 egg ( if you don’t like it is not necessary )
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, butter and egg. In another bowl, filter the flour. Add milk as little as you can and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened or milk finished. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 200 degrees C for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
