Orange muffin with chocolate chips

( My experience : 10 medium servings)

 Ingredients

350g  plain flour

150g~ 180g  milk

100g  orange jam

100g  orange juice

50g   white sugar

80g   butter

1  1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1     egg ( if you don’t like it is not necessary )

Some  orange skin

Some  chocolate chips/dried orange fruit

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the butter, white sugar, orange juice, jam, orange skin and egg together. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Put the flour into the large bowl. Add milk as little as you can and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened or milk finished. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 200 degrees C for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

Simple cheese muffin

Ingredients

250g  cream cheese

200g  milk

100g  white sugar

60g   butter

50g   plain yogurt

1     egg ( if you don’t like it is not necessary )

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, butter and egg. In another bowl, filter the flour. Add milk as little as you can and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened or milk finished. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 200 degrees C for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
