<p>50g   white sugar</p>
<p>80g   butter</p>

<ol>
<li>In a large bowl, mix the butter, white sugar, orange juice, jam, orange skin and egg together. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Put the flour into the large bowl. Add milk as little as you can and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened or milk finished. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 200 degrees C for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.</li>
